A wonderfully situated detached house. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes walk from Newlyn Centre with its plethora of high quality restaurants, galleries and curiosity shops. Minutes drive to the stunning beaches at Porth Curnow and Sennen and an an easy walk to the Penzance beach and front. It is fitted out to a high standard with comfortable beds, 65" TV, HiFi Audio, Quality Kitchen Utensils and more....

The house is an ideal holiday base for a large family or families sharing. It has a large living area on the first floor with a log burner that boasts double aspect views stretching from Penzance around to the Lizard Peninsula. There is also a separate TV room with a balcony overlooking the secluded patio and garden. With two double bedrooms, another double bedroom with a zip & link bed that can also be a twin room as well as an office room with a daybed ideal for children or smaller people, the property can easily accommodate 8 people. In addition the TV room has a very comfortable double sofa bed. Whilst there are 10 bed spaces for flexibility the property is only suitable and fitted out for 8 people. There are also two bathrooms as well as a separate toilet in the utility area.

From a practical perspective there is a utility area with a washer, dryer and sink leading to a lean-to where wetsuits can be rinsed and hung out to dry. The house has two off-road parking spaces at the front as well as there being free street parking on the road.

Newlyn sits between Penzance and the wonderfully picturesque village and harbour of Mousehole. Traditionally a fishing town Newlyn has also built up a community of artists centred on the Newlyn School or Art which has spawned a number of creative galleries along with artisan food shops and some wonderful restaurants renown not surprisingly for fish. There is a path that starts form outside the house directly into the town centre taking about 5 minutes to walk. In the opposite direction there are footpaths that take you within a hundred meters or so out directly into the fields and the Cornish countryside. Its a very enjoyable walk to weave your way through the paths and lanes to Mousehole returning along the sea front no doubt after a stop for refreshments.

In addition to the weekly fee there is a changeover fee of £165, an additional fee for pets of £50 per stay and a refundable security deposit of £300.
