Spent a week at this beautiful property. Mary was very proactive and helpful, even informing us of the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights one evening. The property is set in beautiful countryside and is easily accessible. We found the property to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the wood burner is one of the best we have come across. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms warm and cosy. The bathrooms were very modern and hot water at all times. This was one of the best holiday cottages we have had the pleasure of staying at and would not hesitate in returning. Thank you Mary.
Highly recommend this lovely tranquil place. Very well equipped comfy beds and bed linen. Loved the pillows!! Tasteful decor and kids loved the selection of board games and books. Near to Rothbury(12 mins) and beautiful views. Mary a wonderful host and very responsive. We''ll defo book again!
We enjoyed a lovely break at Marys home. The cottage is in a lovely location and it''s very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is well equipped and has everything in that you would need to make it a comfortable stay. We made use of the tennis court when we could which was a nice addition. Many thanks Mary, we enjoyed our first trip to Northumberland.
