PLEASE NOTE --- DURING THE SCHOOL SUMMER HOLIDAYS, we can offer Saturday to Saturday bookings ....... but during any other time we can offer short breaks, and any day arrival. Please contact us for your exact requirements.
PLEASE NOTE - This property can sleep up to 6 guests with all beds made up for 6 guests.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times ...... there are certain conditions when bringing a dog .... so please contact us before booking regarding this. There is also a small charge as our cleaning company does extra vacuuming and cleaning after a dog ..... incase other guests have allergies ....... so this is really important to let us know.
Guests have use of the whole property ...... this is a very private space and relaxed for our guests.
There is a communal outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts on site, aswell as parking. The perfect place to enjoy your holiday together.

This is a great area of Cornwall, the ideal location just a few miles from Newquay, and not far from Padstow. There are so many amazing places to visit nearby. Mawgan Porth beach is literally just around the corner -- amazing beach location.
There are so many amazing locations to visit, Lands End, St Ives, Padstow, Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, so many Castles and Gardens to explore and enjoy. The National Trust have so many exciting places to explore.
