A great place to stay

By Marcus Holdaway on 23-Jul-2022

We had a great time, Peaceful rural setting, no neighbours, lots of space to run around, cycle, play badminton etc. Overlooking a beautiful undulating valley, towards Henanbihen, But only 10 minutes drive to Sables D;Or with its fab beach, creperies, bars. It's a fantastic coastline, Tons of things to do if you want, but also the choice to do nothing in particular and still feel alive. Plenty of room in the well equipped, traditional style farmhouse

Combined family group

This is a lovely place to stay. You are right in the countryside. The setting is very private and the facilities are great. The property was clean and tidy and there was lots of space. In nice weather, you can eat outside and have a BBQ. There are lots of places to go, although they do require short travel by car. There are some wonderful beaches nearby and shopping is also available.

Families with young children

By Andrew on 29-Aug-2017

A very good property for families with a stunning view and with many useful sports 'facilities' such as cycles, table tennis, croquet, etc. The tumble drier is a useful feature! The owners were very attentive and all information was promptly received and detailed. The house is comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped, although perhaps using it to the maximum (10 people) as we did was pushing the boundaries slightly as some of the 6 bedrooms are a little small - fortunately with consistently good weather this did not matter too much. The beaches at Erquy and St Cast are close by and excellent in good weather(!) and the boating lake and swimming pools at Jugeon les Lacs although a little further away (1/2 hour south) are also great for children. There is a riding school nearby the property (5 mins) and it was easy to book a short pony trek.
