With a sunny picturesque private garden & first floor glass balcony, affording sea & valley views towards the stylish art-deco Lido in Penzance. It has a real home-from-home feel- exceptionally well equipped. Seabreeze nestles right into the heart of the pretty harbour village of Newlyn; Sandwiched between the larger town of Penzance & the twee village of Mousehole. You will find everything you need within walking distance of the cottage to make your holiday perfect.

The cottage sleeps 5 very comfortably within three bedrooms & welcomes one dog. Open fire for cosy evenings in. Perfect for family holidays, romantic breaks for couples. Enjoy, traditional pubs with wonderful food. Bracing stunning walks & stormy seas. Come cosy up to an open fire, relax, laugh and chill-out at your perfect home-from-home by the sea no matter the weather.


Walk from the cottage along the ancient lanes passing by the famous artist Stanhope Thorpe’s original home, on your way down to the harbour front, joining all 630 miles of the South West Coastal Path. Once there, take in its breathtaking views, whatever the season, out over Mounts Bay & the Lizard peninsular beyond to St Michael's Mount. Then you can indulge your fancies- whether they are in the five pubs, Michelin star restaurant, a pasty or a cream tea. Watch the fishermen unload their catch, enjoy yachts, fishing & life- boats sailing bye. Take a walk around Mounts bay on the many beaches or short drive to our local beaches, continually voted best in the UK. If you’re lucky you might spot a seal or a dolphin swimming passed.

Newlyn has a long association with the arts, having its own renowned Gallery & art school for all levels & mediums of art. Seabreeze Is walking distance from Newlyn Art school, so makes for a perfect base to be creative -Newly opened is the independent Newlyn Filmhouse it’s all here on your doorstep and more. The cottage is situated on a quite residential street with free on-street parking. Walking distance to neighbouring Mousehole & Penzance. A few miles from St Ives, Marazion, Lands End & Minack theatre at Portcurno. A car is not necessary as the Penzance railway station is a mile away with decent public transport links. Daily sailings to Isles of Scilly, leave from Penzance Harbour. All-in-all Seabreeze cottage offers a beautiful, hassle-free location, away from the crowds; yet on the door-step of many popular places of interest.
