Description

‘The Grove’ is a stunning architecturally designed modern house , finished to a high standard and tucked away in a really quiet but convenient location, close to everything you need to enjoy your holiday!

The Blue Flag awarded Crooklets Beach is a short walk away, and the town is just a few minutes walk too! Just park up and enjoy exploring the local area.

This single level accommodation sleep 4 with two bedrooms, one superking room with an en-suite shower room and another with zip and link single beds which can be made as a king bed on request. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The lounge has two good sized sofas and a reclining chair, along with a smart 50’’ flat screen TV, DVD player and a log burning stove. The good sized kitchen with its stunning granite worktop is well equipped with all mod cons and a low level breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is an orangery with a further smart tv and an extendable dining table and another seating area. Relax and enjoy a BBQ in the private enclosed garden.

Bude Town offers a great mix of shops, cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants and more.

You are most welcome to bring your dog with you to stay however please note that there is a £35.00 surcharge per dog per stay (max. 2 dogs).

Beautiful property

We had a lovely few days here. The property is gorgeous with a private garden. All high end appliances. Few minutes walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. Just perfect!

Very good choice would stay again, maybe for longer.

Location excellent, parking very easy, secure for the dog, lovely garden, all needs provided for and plenty of information provided. Everything you''d need for a long or short stay

d the standard of all the fixtures/fittings etc was really impressive….if your visiting Bude then you can’t go wrong with this house. I won’t mention the weather! but so far as to say we only really got to use the indoor area, but the garden and decked area would have been lovely to use with some evening sun…
