Description

Trewin Court is a cosy and welcoming cottage perfect for families or couples looking to explore stunning North Cornwall. The cottage provides spacious accommodation with the added benefits of a private courtyard with garden furniture and bbq, together with a rear garden terrace overlooking fields and woodland. The open plan living room/kitchen/diner is tastefully furnished and an excellent area for the family to get together. The main bedroom is a large double room with pleasant views as have the twin and single bedrooms. The single room has its own TV. With surfing, fishing, walking or golf all easily accessible and surrounded by farmland and easy walking distance to the upper reaches of the historic Bude Canal, Trewin Court offers a quiet rural retreat.

Ground Floor
Spacious open plan living/dining /kitchen area with electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Lounge with 38” digital TV, DVD and electric wood burning effect stove in front of an open fire. Modern bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC, sink and heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is also a cot, highchair and stairgate available upon request.

Facilities and Services
Linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Free wifi. Electric heating (modern fully adjustable radiators). Trewin Court is connected to our solar panels, and uses solar powered electricity during daylight hours. Selection of books and games. Garden furniture and BBQ. Use of shared children's play area. Pets by arrangement. Short breaks available. Ample car parking. Arrival and departure for weekly bookings is Saturday. Indoor games room, table football, books, games, toys and tourist information.
Pet pigs and chickens on site.
