Description

Bramblewood is a very welcoming comfortable cottage with three bedrooms, a bathroom plus cloakroom and a dishwasher, so is an ideal holiday base for up to six people (particularly a family with children) a baby in travel cot, and adult dogs. Having an indoor heated pool onsite shared between only 14 cottages means that you are likely to have it all to yourselves, as it is open every day of the year, from 8am, closing only on New Year's Day and Christmas Day.

Bramblewood is a detached cottage, with a large side and rear garden.

3 bedrooms:- 2 doubles and a large twin room with a cot.
Open plan lounge, dining, area with adjoining fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.)2
2 bathrooms - one with shower over bath, and the other with a large walk in shower, with sets of bathroom towels provided
Wall mounted 43″ smart LCD TV, DVD Player, CD/radio/tape mini hi-fi, hairdryer etc
We have high-fibre wifi free to use
A selection of games and books for both adults and children
A travel cot (suitable for babies up to 18 months), highchair, bed guard and toddler step, and blackout curtain linings in all bedrooms
Socket covers & light sensitive night light kept in cottage in case your toddler needs them
Large, landscaped gardens with a BBQ in the secluded side garden, and plenty of garden furniture
Enclosed side and rear gardens, with a private gate through to the open meadow, and across to the play park (Click on photos at base of page to see location of cottage)
Storage heating in all rooms, and double glazing, so its warm all year for ‘out of season’ breaks
Fully compliant with latest fire regulations ( smoke & heat alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors etc)

On site facilities:
The indoor heated pool is open every day of the year, from 8am, closing only on New Year's Day and Christmas Day.
The play area has equipment to suit all ages from toddlers through to teenagers
The games room can be used at any time ( day or night!). The pool table needs 2 x 20p's to release the pool balls.
An onsite laundry room has industrial sized washing machines and tumble dryers that take credit card payment. (There is also a clothes horse in the cottage and washing line in garden)
Grocery deliveries can be arranged prior to your arrival
You can order home cooked food to be delivered by a local caterer.
