Blackberry Cottage is on a very peaceful complex of only 14 holiday cottages that share an indoor heated swimming pool, just over a mile from the sandy beaches of Bude, North Cornwall.

It will sleep 4 + cot in two bedrooms, plus a maximum of 2 adult dogs, and welcomes families with young children, The cottage has hard flooring throughout.
With a very well equipped kitchen, it makes an ideal holiday base, but there is also a local caterer who can supply home cooked meals to your door.
There is a large front terrace, views over countryside, and rear private enclosed garden, with a gate though to a large meadow with a play area at the rear. A games room with pool and table tennis tables, is housed close by in the swimming pool building

At Blackberry Cottage you will find:

Two bedrooms:- a double and a twin room, with beds made up for your arrival
A well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, & microwave, plus a wide selection of pans, (eg wok, casserole dishes etc)
Modern family bathroom with full sized bath and electric shower over
A highchair, travel cot, bed-guard, toddler step and electrical socket covers, and night light
Wall mounted 43″ smart TV, DVD Player, CD/radio/tape player, hairdryer etc
Excellent high-fibre free wifi
A selection of games, books and films for both adults and children
Bathroom towels provided for guests over 3 years of age
Blackout curtain linings in the bedrooms to persuade youngsters that it really is time for bed on summer evenings!
Landscaped private rear garden with a BBQ, and garden furniture.
Allocated parking space close to the cottage
Storage heating in all rooms, so its warm all year for ‘out of season’ breaks
Short Breaks offered from Sept to June
Fully compliant with latest fire regulations ( smoke & heat alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors etc)

On site facilities:
The indoor heated pool is open every day of the year, from 8am, closing only on New Year's Day and Christmas Day.
The play area has equipment to suit all ages from toddlers through to teenagers
The games room can be used at any time ( day or night!). The pool table needs 2 x 20p's to release the pool balls.
An onsite laundry room has industrial sized washing machines and tumble dryers that take credit card payment. (There is also a clothes horse in the cottage and washing line in garden)
Grocery deliveries can be arranged prior to your arrival
You can order home cooked food to be delivered by a local caterer.
