Description

Courtyard Cottage. This lovely holiday cottage is located in the village of Wrafton nr Braunton within easy reach of the superb beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Saunton Golf Course(world renowned) is only 2 miles away.

The cottage has one bedroom with double bed and a leather sofa bed (sleeping 2 children) in the spacious living room. Newly decorated throughout and very well equipped. It consists a large, comfortable living/dining room, fitted bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors open onto a lovely shared courtyard with bistro table and chairs with a small fish pond in the centre. The well known thatched pub/restaurant, The Williams Arms is located a short walk from the property.
This is a non smoking property and no dogs allowed.

Very relaxing weeks stay

The cottage had everything we needed for a very relaxing week''s stay - parking, good location for access to a variety of great beaches - a real home from home, with comfy throws on the settees, good sized rooms and lots of little extras: drying rack for clothes, well stocked kitchen with (full) spice rack, and a whole variety of cooking equipment/ dishes/ trays to make the odd meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage which had a well stocked kitchen for cooking the odd meal during our stay . Great pub within walking distance and shops close by for necessities. Thank you Susan for making it a home from home for us. Date of arrival - 3 July 2022
