Polrunny Farm occupies a 13-acre site in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the beautiful Cornish harbour village of Boscastle. Accessing Seaberry through the farm's Courtyard Garden, off your hallway you will discover a cosy and pretty double-bedroom with sea views, a light, open-plan kitchen / lounge / diner and a spotlessly clean and airy bathroom.

Seaberry has been comprehensively refurbished over the winter of 2023/24 to include a log burner; new kitchen and bathroom. The triple-aspect kitchen, lounge, diner is comprehensively equipped with everything you will need during your Cornish escape, including a dishwasher and washing machine. (Photos to be updated in February 2024 once the sun starts shining!)

Sip your fresh coffee in the morning in the 'breakfast garden' and enjoy the sea views. Oh those views...

Your days will be as full as you want them to be on your Polrunny Farm holiday. Enjoy the spectacular local beaches, tackle the breath-taking walks or explore local highlights including Tintagel, Port Isaac, Bodmin Moor, Padstow and Bude. Or relax in our tranquil gardens, reading a book whilst the lambs frolic in the fields around you.

And in the evenings, after a long day of holidaying, enjoy a walk/short drive to our local pub for dinner, or cook al fresco on the stone BBQ at Polrunny Farm as the sun sets over Boscastle. The perfect self-catering holiday!

We had a fantastic week away, staying in Seaberry cottage. The cottage was very homely and had everything we needed for a perfect self-catering holiday. Thank you to Adam and Melanie for the delicious scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival and for all the little extras for our dog. The cottage is in a fabulous location for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall and we can’t wait to return.

Fantastic accommodation. Everything you could ever need is provided for you and your dogs. Melanie and Adam were great host’s providing us with insider knowledge of which beaches and places to visit. Even dog sat so we could have a meal out on our own. Thanks so much..!! Bill & Jo.

May bliss!

We stayed at Polrunny Farm for a whole month this May. We stayed in Seaberry Cottage which in my opinion has one of the best views from the windows. The cottage was superbly equipped, especially being big cooks we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We went on some great walks and hikes, visited some lovely beaches and made the most of the local pub down the road called the Napoleon Inn. We would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a country retreat and we would definitely come back, perhaps in the summer! Adam and Mel are excellent hosts, with the lovely breakfast garden overlooking the hills and the ocean. Being from East London it was so lovely to be in such quiet, beautiful surroundings!
